Yee-Yoong (“YY”) Yong founded Yong Gruber Tompkins, LLP. She stepped down from active partnership duties in 2020, and currently serves as Of Counsel to the firm.
YY has extensive experience in representing hospitals and academic medical centers, faculty practice plans and other academic providers, ambulatory surgical centers, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), medical groups, independent physician associations (IPAs), physicians, management services organizations, durable medical equipment (DME) companies and home health agencies in business transactions and regulatory compliance matters.
